A representative of Ivy League Barista Academy will provide assistance in finding, securing and negotiating a potential location for your future business. As a location selection customer you will receive our Location Consultation and Selection Package complete with site selection worksheets, phone scripts, visibility and convenience information, pictures, and proposal. You are also given the option of having a Location Selection Specialist evaluate up to three potential locations that you scouted.

- Sample LOI- Letter of Intent for potential properties
Ivy League Barista Academy will provide you with consulting including:
- Negotiation time-over the phone with property management or owner
- Research and background study on up to three (3) potential locations
- Assistance with drafting of final proposal, pro-forma and business plans
- Reviewing first draft of lease terms, response to LOI, etc.
- Time for the consultant to answer questions pertaining to the material provided

All consulting sessions are limited to two hour long increments. Total design and consulting time will not exceed a total of 35 hours; any additional hours will be billed accordingly with the consultant. All travel and transportation costs incurred will be billed separately.
